Form Submission

The first step is to complete and submit our "Ready for Staging" form. Our form gathers essential information about your project, ensuring that all necessary details are provided for a smooth staging process. Be sure to double-check your entries before submission to avoid any delays. Once submitted, our team will review the information and proceed with the staging preparations.

Get a Quote

The Project Quote will be sent from info@theupstager365.com to the email address provided in the form submission.

(Note: If the  quote seems delayed, PLEASE check your junk mailbox. Unfortunately we’ve seen our initial emails sent are filtered as junk. We can also text or re-email the link, just let us know)

 

The Project Quote will be drafted according to your form submission. Please note that this design is flexible, and we can make adjustments to better align with your vision and budget. Please share any specific edits and preferences,  we will gladly revise the design to create a solution for you.

 

As scope of service is deemed acceptable, selecting “Accept” on our electronic quote notifies us that we can move forward with next steps and booking staging.

Property Walkthrough

Schedule a Walkthrough! We will schedule a walkthrough of the property (with lockbox, your presence is not required). We will survey the property and take measurements and get a feel for the design that will best fit, your quote may change to accommodate accessibility, larger or, smaller areas we could not predict. We will notify you to review and we can make adjustments as needed.

 

Project quote will be converted to a Project invoice as marked to “Accept”.

Project Invoice

The Project Invoice will be sent from info@theupstager365.com to the email address provided in the form submission.

The Project Invoice will look similar to the Project Quote.The  Project Invoice opens the option to complete electronic payment. According to the elected payment options, The project invoice also opens the options to submit service deposit. Payment must be made prior to services. Term Start Date and Term End Date are recorded on the Project Invoice as a guide for the project timeline. Client will incur a 5% fee for Term Date changes, See Staging Agreement for details. Term Start date and Term End date will also be included in the Staging Agreement

Staging Agreement

The Staging Agreement is drafted in alignment with the Project Invoice. The Staging Agreement is a contract for staging services. The Client should carefully review the terms and conditions. Client signature is required prior to services. Client signature and payment authorization is required for liability and payment completion (payment option election) purposes prior to services

Staging Date

Schedule Stage Date. Allow TWO full days for our staging install. Day One, our movers deliver all furniture and decor for your listing. Day Two, we design and install! Please consider this Two-day execution in your timeline. Confirm all maintenance and construction has been completed and the property cleaned prior to staging  install.
